When you apply for a role with BWB, we will endeavour to respond to your application as soon as possible. 

If your experience and skills match what we are looking for, our HR team will call you for an initial chat. This is an opportunity to ask us questions about working for BWB.

The first stage interview is your opportunity to meet with the hiring manager and other team members. We usually carry out 2nd stage interviews as well. Interviews can be either over Teams or face-to-face. We like to do face-to-face interviews wherever possible, as this will allow you to visit our office and meet the team. We also know that sometimes face-to-face interviews can be tricky to organise when you have a busy diary. 

After your interview, our HR team will be in contact with feedback and, hopefully, details of the offer we are making you.

To make the offer process as easy as possible, the HR Team will send you your Offer Letter and Contract of Employment through DocuSign. You will also receive a digital Offer Pack containing information about working for BWB, your benefits and the team you will join.

Your Induction will be organised before your start, so on your first day, you will receive your IT equipment and a welcome gift pack. You will also have a Buddy there to help and support you in those first weeks. We will also organise your indication meetings so you can enjoy your first few days and weeks getting to know us.
