Mechanical and electrical (M&E)
The Mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services focuses on the detailed design of M&E engineering services for a vast range of end user clients, developers, and contractors. The development and expansion of the service has allowed for building physics expertise to grow within the team with increasing knowledge and skill in building performance analysis tools such as IES. This is critical when guiding project teams through complex energy strategies leading to the sustainable development of projects within the Built Environment. The M&E team offers a valuable service, providing clients with digital engineering knowledge and expertise to assist in the delivery of sustainable and energy efficient solutions.
