Markham Vale, a standout industrial park in North Derbyshire, has attracted major logistics companies, creating numerous jobs and boosting local economies.
Trinity Walk revitalised urban retail in Wakefield, featuring over 60 stores and creating a vibrant shopping destination that draws visitors from across the region.
Newmarket Hub is a major mixed-use development that includes distribution and commercial office space, creating numerous jobs in the area.
Working with the University of York to deliver a range of projects, including the York Sports Village, Management School, and more.
BWB in Leeds
In his new capacity, Simon will oversee the strategic direction of our Leeds office. He will focus on delivering exceptional multidisciplinary services and fostering robust relationships with national and regional stakeholders. His role will reinforce our commitment to delivering innovative solutions and industry-leading services within the region.
